Hidden Cult Corset – Sculpt & Support Activewear
Our corset brings structure and breathability to high-intensity training. Eight flexible steel bones run vertically through double-layered compression fabric, shaping the waist while allowing full range of motion during lifts, spins, and floor work.

The corset’s eight steel bones are encased in soft fabric channels that flex with your body. Unlike rigid vintage corsetry, these bones bend during squats and lunges while still providing enough resistance to engage your core and remind you to maintain alignment.

Lace-Up Fit & Adjustment
Custom Tension Control
The front lace-up system uses twelve metal grommets and a flat cotton-poly lace. You can cinch the corset tight for maximum compression or leave it looser for breathability during yoga and Pilates. The laces lock in place with a simple bow—no complicated knots required.
How to Lace
Start at the bottom grommets and work upward, pulling each X-cross snug before moving to the next pair. Once you reach the top, tie off and tuck the ends into the built-in interior loop. The grommets are reinforced with double stitching to prevent tearing even when laced at maximum tightness.

Fabric Care & Longevity
Wash the hidden cult corset in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend placing it in a mesh laundry bag to protect the laces and grommets. Tumble dry low or hang dry—the fabric regains its shape within minutes.
The steel bones are rust-resistant and coated with a polymer layer. After hundreds of washes, the boning remains flexible and the fabric retains its original compression level. Avoid fabric softener, which can break down the moisture-wicking treatment. If the laces fray over time, replacement laces are available through our customer service team.

Questions About the Hidden Cult Corset
Yes. The corset has a slim profile that layers smoothly under fitted tees, button-ups, and jackets. The lace-up closure lies flat when cinched, so it does not create visible bumps. Many customers wear it as shapewear beneath everyday outfits for light back support during long workdays.
No. The steel boning is flexible enough to bend with your torso during stretches, squats, and floor exercises. You can adjust the lace tension to find the sweet spot between support and comfort. The mesh side panels expand and contract with your breath, so you will not feel constricted during cardio or deep breathing exercises.
Lace it snug enough to feel light compression around your waist, but not so tight that it digs into your ribs or restricts your breathing. You should be able to slide two fingers between the corset and your skin. Many athletes loosen the laces slightly for cardio and tighten them for strength training sessions.
No, as long as you use cold water and a gentle cycle. Place the corset in a mesh laundry bag to protect the laces and grommets. The steel bones are rust-resistant and coated to withstand repeated washing. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can degrade the moisture-wicking treatment.
Yes. The lace-up closure accommodates roughly a two-inch change in waist circumference. If your measurements shift beyond that range, you may need to size up or down. The corset is designed to maintain compression across a modest size range without losing its shaping effect.
Beginners and advanced athletes both benefit from the corset. New lifters appreciate the posture cues from the boning, while experienced athletes use it for extra lumbar support during heavy compound movements. You do not need a specific fitness level to wear it—just adjust the lacing to match your comfort preference.
If your waist measurement falls between two sizes, order the smaller size for firm compression or the larger size for a more relaxed fit. The lace-up closure lets you fine-tune the tightness regardless of which size you choose. Refer to the measurement chart and prioritize your natural waist circumference over your bust or hip measurements.
